Rise and Fall will be the first major expansion for Civilization 6, and its main goal is to keep the game dynamic and exciting into the later epochs, even between great empires, the boundaries are constantly shifting.

Our cities now have their own loyalty values and split if they are not satisfied with us. To prevent this, we can appoint governors, bring our own bonuses and increase loyalty.

Depending on our performance, our civilization will fall into golden or dark ages and will collect corresponding advantages and disadvantages. But even the dark ones are a chance to turn the tide with unique dirty tricks. New races, buildings and units also join them.
